A campaign has been launched by Washoe School that is against cyberbullying. The reason of the campaign is to increase the level of awareness among parents as well as students. At the launching of the campaign in different districts of US, the victims of digital harassment will speak out their experiences. The basis is partly on the law passed by the Legislature through which the schools are required to maintain a record of such incidents.
Since, the number of cyberbullying is increasing tremendously; it has been proposed that additional laws should be passed out by the Legislature so as to give it a stop in all means.

•	Power or control: Those who are freaks to have control over people often attempt such an act. They like to have complete control over the actions, emotions as well as feelings of other persons.

These five states include Kentucky, Delaware, New York, Maine and Indiana. They are agreed upon the fact to impose penalties on all those resources through which kids tend to learn about cyberbullying practices. A law has already been passed by the government of North Carolina according to which the digital bullying act has been rendered to be a criminal act and will be served for punishment. The punishment can also lead to a sentence of prison in terms of felony and misdemeanor charge.
